TLC Corporate Suites is a division of TLC Property Management LLC of Springfield, Missouri. In business for 20 years, TLC's 16 apartment communities enable TLC Corporate Suites to readily meet the needs of our clients. Started in 1988 by Sam and Carol Coryell, TLC Properties remains a family owned and operated business.
TLC Properties has grown from one rental house in east Springfield to 16 apartment communities of approximately 3000 apartments, 98 of which are corporate suites. The same values that founded the company still hold true today. "Do onto others as you would have others do unto you". Those values and the golden rule can be seen in our properties and our suites.
